Diving
Euro-Divers is a PADI 5 Star Resort member, customer focused, professional organization dedicated to providing you a safe, fun and memorable diving experience. Our fully qualified international team of 10 - 12 PADI Instructors and Divemasters are at your service.
We speak English, German, French, Dutch and Japanese. PADI course materials are available in English, German, French, Italian, Spanish, Russian, Dutch and Japanese.

Our services and facilities include guided diving and snorkeling trips, equipment and accessory sales, rental, complete PADI Instructional Program and NITROX. We are proud of the new Dive Center which reflects the quality and high standards of the new Resort.

Honeymoon

Vilamendhoo Island Resort welcomes newlyweds to celebrate their very special Honeymoon at one of the most beautiful and romantic places in the world….a small, tropical island with stunning white sand beaches, majestic palm trees, and the warm, inviting, crystal clear waters of an azure lagoon, surrounded by a rainbow colored coral reef teeming with incredible fish. Enjoy the privacy and intimacy of a secluded, peaceful, natural setting and a casual atmosphere, where “no shoes, no news” is our promise, and the sunsets are marvelous! 

The food is great, the staff makes you feel at home, and the star filled heavens make you feel as if you are truly out of this world…memories that will last a lifetime! Vilamendhoo honors your Honeymoon by providing you the following “gifts” which we hope that you will enjoy in your room on your arrival night:

-Buffet Restaurants
There are 2 restaurants, both with the same menu, where you enjoy “all you can eat” buffet style meals for breakfast, lunch and dinner, a variety of international and regional cuisines to please everyone’s taste. Friday night dinner is Maldivian night with a themed menu and waiters in traditional dress. Sunday breakfast welcomes you with complimentary Sparkling Wine. 
The buffet lines include live action cooking stations where food is prepared to your order. Soups, breads and desserts are homemade and the fresh, tropical fruits are delicious. You are assigned to your own table throughout your stay so that you may enjoy your privacy, or you are welcome to invite friends to join you, as and when you please. 

The Restaurant is divided into 2 separate dining areas, in the traditional open-air style, with sand floor and thatched roofs. There is also outdoor seating on a wooden deck. Guests with special dietary needs should advise us, beforehand. 
Dress can be very casual. Many guests are barefoot. Bathing suits may be worn for breakfast and lunch as long as women wear a cover-up or sarong and men wear a short sleeve polo shirt (not sleeveless). Shorts and short sleeve polo shirt (not sleeveless) are customary for dinner or you can dress up as you wish.

-The Funama Restaurant
Is for guests staying in the Garden rooms and the Beach Villas and is located in the center of the island. There is also outdoor seating on a wooden deck. 

-The Ahima Restaurant
Is for guests staying in the adults only Jacuzzi Beach Villas and Jacuzzi Water Villas and is located on the western end of the island. There is also outdoor seating on a wooden deck. 

-A` La Carte Restaurants
The Asian Wok Restaurant,Specializing in Asian cuisine and Teppanyaki. Over-the-water restaurant, located on the eastern end of the island. Reservations recommended. 

-The Hot Rock Restaurant
Featuring seafood, steak, chicken or exotic game cooked at your table on volcanic “hot rocks”. Located on the beach beside the Sunset Bar Pool.Reservations recommended.
 
-The Snack Menu
Served at the pools and at the Bonthi and Sunset Bars. All Day Dining Menu

-Room Service
All Day Dining Menu. Treat yourself to a special Champagne breakfast for two. Hours: 0730 - 1100. 

-Beach Dinners
The most romantic setting…“under the stars” beside the Ahima Restaurant.

On the beach beside the Funama Restaurant, including a Sports Bar with table tennis, billiards, foosball, darts, chess, board games and satellite TV coverage of international sporting events; a disco, and a lending library where you can take or donate a book. There is also outdoor seating on a wooden deck. 

-The Boashi Bar
Beside the Boashi Bar Pool, at the eastern end of the island. 
 
-The Sunset Bar
Beside the Ahima Restaurant for guests of 18 years age and older…the best view of sunset with a choice of seating, either inside, on the pool or bar decks or beach. 

-The Asian Wok Bar
Serving drinks in the Asian Wok Restaurant.
