Exploring Nature
The natural, dense vegetation of the island sets it apart from many other Maldives resorts.  The three-kilometre-long island has 12 hectares of lush foliage, towering banyan trees, 17,000 coconut trees, 45 species of plants, three natural lagoons and nature trails for guests to explore.  Furthermore, there's excellent snorkelling around the island for enjoyment of abundant underwater beauty and encounters with colourful subaquatic residents.

Underwater Trails and Coral Gardens
The Underwater Nature Trail, designed by the resort's marine specialist, leads out to the resort's house reef on the northern end of Villingili Island.  Submerged signage identifies resident marine life along the way, including branching corals, sea anemones, Maldives anemone fish, and many more.  The marine specialist has also created snorkel gardens close to the shoreline of the resort, ideal for less experienced swimmers and children.

Guided Bike Tours in Addu
Explore by bicycle the five neighbouring islands connected by a 17-kilometre road that is the longest in Maldives.  Set out with a picnic and discover the fascinating lifestyle and culture of untouched Maldivian villages or stop at a coffee shop to chat with the locals over a meal.

Kids and Young Adults
Located in the Village, The Cool Zone for children is the place to find toys, educational activities and lots of land and beach-based activities to ensure a fun-filled vacation for the children. We welcome our younger guests aged between four and twelve from 9am until 7pm for plenty of fun and games.

In and On the Water
The water, of course, allows for all kinds of activities such as wave-surfing, kayaking, windsurfing, sailing or deep-sea fishing.  Flat seas and dependable trade winds guarantee ideal conditions for sailing and windsurfing.  For diving enthusiasts, there are more than 25 dive sites teeming with marine life, including the dramatic 140-metre British Loyalty shipwreck with its hull resting at 33 metres, just a half-hour boat ride away from Villingili Island.

For resort guests there is excellent diving and snorkelling available for all levels of ability.  The creation of snorkeling garden close to the resort’s shoreline is an ideal site for less experienced snorkelers and children while a number of world class diving locations teeming with marine life await diving enthusiasts to explore.
Scuba Diving for both experienced divers and beginners are offered at the resort, including a selection of PADI courses such as Discovery Scuba Diving, Open Water Diver, Advanced Open Water Diver and specialty courses among others.

Excursions
From deep-sea fishing to a luxury sunset cruise, there are many possibilities to explore the surrounding waters.
Sunset Sailing on the resort’s luxury yacht "Horizon" Come along and watch the sunset while sailing on our 21 meter-long luxury yacht. Enjoy a glass of Champagne while sailing beautiful Maldivian waters.

Dolphin Cruise
Hop on a boat and explore the surrounding waters on the lookout for the many spinner dolphins living in the area.

Night Fishing 
Venture out for a traditional hand line night fishing trip.  The lucky ones will catch a fish or more that our expert chefs will be delighted to cook as you best like it.

Big Game Fishing

The exceptional Dr. Ali's has three distinctive, Eastern-style living rooms representing the different cultures and cuisines of the Indian Ocean, the South China Sea and the Arabian Gulf.

Javvu
Javvu is the resort's all-day-dining restaurant, featuring quality cafe dining in the day and refined Western cuisine in the evening, including prime steaks and seafood, with a touch of the Mediterranean.

Endheri
Very much the heart of the resort, the Endheri Pool Bar is a stylish spot that offers guests a comfortable and relaxed atmosphere.  Located right on the beach, Endheri is the perfect venue for a complete chill-out, and guests are never more than a few steps away from the ocean.  This is the main entertainment area of the resort, with acoustic and semi-acoustic sets progressing to more upbeat electronic and DJ music later in the evening.

Fashala
Fashala Lounge serves fine dining cuisine based on French cooking techniques featuring local ingredients from the surrounding waters.

Manzaru
Manzaru Bar is the perfect spot to people-watch and relax to some chill-out music.  Open, exposed rafters and a limestone carved feature wall with intricate motifs particular to the region give the venue a chic, contemporary feel.  With swaying palm trees casting shadows on the stone-clad columns and the contemporary lounge furniture, this is the resort’s most lively bar.
